All the staff at KIA are obliged to follow the privacy policy, and we will make our best effort to take measures to handle private information appropriately.

We do not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by sending us an e-mail, participating in a survey, or completing an online form. Personal information submitted will not be transferred to any non-affiliated third parties unless otherwise stated at the time of collection. When a user submits personally identifiable information it is used only for the purpose stated at the time of collection.
Voluntarily Provided Information
We collect information from users of our site such as name, email, and phone number when you request information about the school or contact us. - when duty to cooperate with governmental institution occurs
- when an individual's life is threatened by unexpected situations
- when authorised to disclose with reasonable reasons
Private information of graduates is disclosed only for the purpose of further studies, educational activities and support with consent of graduates and their parents/guardians.
When the privacy information is disclosed with third parties, we will sign a “confidential agreement to privacy information”, and we strive to keep the personal information to stay with us.
Revision of Privacy Policy
We will revise our privacy policy if any changes are made in the Japanese legislation, and we strive to revise and update our privacy policy when necessary and appropriate.
Our Responsibilities
We strive to ensure security, however, we will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to your personal information.
